Account Deletion Request – StrollaIn your request, please provide the email address associated with your Strolla account so that we can identify the account and process your request.For security purposes, we may need to verify that you are the account holder before processing the request.Account recovery and deletion timeline- 30-day recovery period: Following a deletion request, the account may remain recoverable for up to 30 days. During this period, the account holder may contact Strolla to request recovery of the account, subject to successful account verification.
- Final deletion: After 90 days from the date of the deletion request, Strolla will permanently delete the user's account and associated data that is eligible for deletion and is maintained by Strolla.
The recovery period does not prevent Strolla from restricting or disabling access to the account following a deletion request.What will be deletedWhen an account deletion request is processed, Strolla will delete the account and associated user data that is maintained by Strolla and is eligible for deletion.
This may include:
- Strolla account information
- Authentication information associated with the Strolla account
- User activity and fitness data stored by Strolla
- Step, movement, and activity information stored in Strolla
- Health and fitness information imported from supported health platforms and stored by Strolla
- Other personal information associated with the Strolla account that Strolla is not required or permitted to retainData that may remain temporarily or be retainedCertain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or legal purposes.
Where information is retained for such a reason, Strolla will retain only what is necessary and will handle it in accordance with applicable legal requirements and its privacy practices.Connected health platformsDeleting your Strolla account does not automatically delete information stored directly in third-party services such as Apple Health or Google Health Connect.
Those services may retain data independently of Strolla. Users should manage or delete data stored directly by those services through their respective settings.Processing your requestAfter receiving your request, Strolla will review and verify the request and process the deletion in accordance with its applicable privacy and data-retention obligations.
